Why does my s7 fast charger not function in certain outlets?

I have an s7 and use the oem wall charger block for power. Recently I noticed that it wasn't charging when I plugged it in.
I've tried three different outlets, the one I'd always used no longer charges at all, a different outlet will only charge at "cable charging" speed, and the third one I tried charges at "fast charge" speed. Any ideas about what may be causing my issues are greatly appreciated.

I agree. Unless there is something wrong with your charger, the wall socket's power supply might be fluctuating. One thing you could try is to plug a power regulator on the wall socket then plug your charger on the regulator.
