My daughter dropped her Samsung S7 and the screen turned purple.

AC Question

I replaced it and it turned purple again (No drop this time). I've replaced it 2 more times and each time it turns purple (again no drops). My understanding is the LCD was cracked and bleeding on the first screen. I'm at a loss now. Any ideas?

Internal damage, take it to a repair shop.

take it back and exchange it not get it fixed, obviously they don't know what they are doing. Were you taking it to an official shop? If so call samsung and talk to them, they are not know for great customer service but it could help to get it on record.
