Hi, I'm fed up with my S7. I've been having problems for maybe 3 weeks. It's incredibly annoying. Android has done two updates since the original problem and it's still not fixed.
So touchwiz crashes all the time but most of the time it doesn't actually say it crashes, it just 'locks' my phone up. Freezes, automatically restarts, doesn't let me get past the lock screen, goes blank, unresponsive, etc. It varies.
I have also missed 2 alarms that haven't gone off, seemingly because of this problem (?) which has been the worst problem.
I also have the unsupported SD card bug.
Any advice? Really hoping Android and Samsung get their **** together because they're known problems. I did see there was a fix for touchwiz I think I tried it and it didn't help at all.
I haven't had a real good look. If someone knows a proper fix, or knows the link to them, that would be fantastic.
