Hi all,
I have a strange problem that has come up with my company owned S7. When I go to enter text in an app the cursor doesn't start at the beginning of the line and the first letter of text doesn't automatically capitalize. The cursor is a space or two to the right as soon as I tap in the field to enter text. I can hit backspace and move to the left and as soon as the cursor gets to the beginning of the line it will auto capitalize normally. This happens every time I open an app to enter text (text message, chat, Instagram, etc).

Anyone else having this problem? Solutions?

Thanks,
Mike

have you tried to do a soft reset? or even a system cache clear?

And What SpookDroid Said as well If your using stock for some reason on mine it as a couple quirks. Switched to Gboard and never looked back

Sorry for the delayed response. Traveling. I believe it is the stock keyboard, with Swype. I'll take a look. I do partition cache clears on a regular basis. Seems to help keep things running more smoothly.

I'll check on the keyboard and report back.

Edit: It was the stock keyboard. Just enabled Gboard. We'll see.

Thanks,
Mike
