    Hi!
I updated my Galaxy S7 (SM-G930F) last night and fell asleep while it was updating. I woke up to the following message:

"An unauthorised attempt has been made to reset your device to factory default settings. Connect to a Wi-Fi or mobile network to verify your identity."

I logged in with my Google account and it looks like it factory reset during the update? I can't view any of my files or installed apps.
It's telling me that storage space is running out and that there is insufficient space to install anything. My Files shows 31.85GB/32.00GB of my internal storage is in use, but I can't find those files in the file browser, either on my phone or through my Windows or Linux desktop with hidden files visible.

I'm hesitant to do much until I know whether my old files are recoverable. Anyone know what might have happened?
