I dropped my S7 flat on its back and the screen would not work. I was able to accept a call by sliding left on the black screen shortly after the fall. The screen is black, power does work, and have plugged it into my computer to pull the files off that I need. It will register on the computer but will not display any documents (pics, etc). HELP.
I'm getting a new S7 (had insurance),but there were many pic files on the original S7, and some backed up password documents (Pocket, Color Note, etc).
WE have tried Dr.Fone, and some other recommendations on the internet. I've ordered an OTG adapter and will arrive tomorrow, but not sure I will even be able to navigate the screen since I can't see it. I am hoping to be able to unlock my pattern; but then not sure I'll be able to navigate to changing the USB Option to MTP.
HELP . . . This is a hard lesson learned!
