    I'm trying to transfer my music from my s2 to my s7. Any help would be appreciated.

    Welcome to Android Central! I assume you're talking about mp3 files that are locally saved to the S2. If the files are saved to the phone's Internal Storage, then connect the phone your computer via USB, swipe down the notification panel, and tap the USB icon -- make sure MTP or File Transfer is selected. Use Windows Explorer to copy the music files to the computer's hard drive. Then connect the S7 via USB, make sure MTP is selected in the same way, and copy the music files from the computer to the phone's storage.

    If the files are saved to an SD card, the on the S2, go to Settings>Storage, Unmount the card and remove it, then insert it into your computer's SD reader and copy the music files to the computer's hard drive. Copy them to the S7 as described above.

    If you use Smart Switch and connect the phones together via the supplied connectors, you can use that to transfer directly.

    Yes as long as the S2 received the official 4.1.2 update.
