    My galaxy s7 was replaced by T-mobile on warranty exchange due to faulty fingerprint scanner. I backed up my phone using Samsung cloud and completed successfully before I turned in my defective phone for the replacement. when I tried to restore I received an error message "cannot connect to Samsung cloud please try later" . After a few tries I hit the later option and allowed the phone to finish setting up. I then went to the back up and restore option from settings and tried to restore rom there. where I received and error message "unable to connect to network please check connections and try again" I have been on the phone with tmobile and Samsung and they have no idea how to resolve. Samsung customer service is the complete worst experience ever. They even remotely accessed my phone and couldn't fix. I wiped the phone twice and still nothing. there has to be a solution
