My Samsung s7 wont boot up all the way.

I dropped my phone in water when i was on a trip in Florida. I tried to turn it on and it did in Florida. I had it in rice all the way back.Now it wont turn on but it shows me a charging logo on a black screen when I plug it in. When I try to turn it on with the power button or volume down and power button.Sometimes it shows me recovery booting in the top left corner in blue. Other times it showed me Samsung Galaxy s7 but then it went back to the black screen with the charging logo. Then one time it showed me recovery mode but then back to the charging logo screen as usually. I recently changed the battery.No matter how long i leave the phone to charge it still wont turn on.For example I had it charging over night,and I knew it was charged because the phone was warm.Also when I unplug it from the charger the phone just turns off completely.

You sure because in Florida my phone worked fine?

Isn't the S7 supposed to be water resistant up to 5 feet or so and up to 30 minutes submersion? Was it saltwater you dropped it in?

it was like pool water and i opened it before because i changed the headphone jack and there was not that much adhesive left
