Bootloader exception

Waited on battery to die done the three button trick then it starts up normal but after a couple of minutes of fone being normal it does and when chargeding it goes back to orange righting and black background now when I put it on charge bootloader now automatically comes up

Either the firmware (what's called the ROM) is corrupt or there's a hardware problem. You can bring it to a repair shop or you can try reflashing the ROM (see [Samsung] How to flash Stock ROM via ODIN).

Be aware, though, that either way will wipe your data, so if it works for a few minutes at a time back up anything important first. (The reason a repair shop wipes the data is so that you can't accuse them of stealing it. A reputable shop will reflash the phone to make sure of that.)
