Bluetooth Disconnect

My bluetooth keeps disconnecting from my Garmin watch and especially while playing music to my bluetooth speakers or headphones. Can anyone help me with this?

It is a Garmin Vivo Active 3 but I mever stream music from it, mostly for notifications

Right, but even if you never stream music on it, maybe it keeps competing for a connection, and when it can't make the audio connection, it's dropping it. Go to Settings>Bluetooth, tap the gear icon next to the Garmin, and see if there are toggles for Media Audio and Phone Audio. If so, turn those off and see if the problem persists.
