Best Buy has display models!

Went to my Best Buy and they had both the S8 and S8+ in all 3 colors. WOW, they are even nicer in person. Samsung nailed it.

I have the same Coral Blue. You are killing me. That's a lot of screen for the s8 plus!!! Does it feel much bigger then S7 edge in person?

The s8plus is incredible. The only reason I didn't go for it was because of the 130 down payment TMobile wants. The regular S8 for me was zero down so I went for that and will jump to the Note 8

im not trolling, but i cant make it to best buy to see the s8 plus i ordered, and all i ask if the s8 plus is MUCH LARGER THAN THE S7EDGE. i see the post pic but OP didnt say if it was s8 or the plus

I preordered the S8+ in Orchid grey. I just played around with them at my local best buy. I was really interested in the color choice as well as the size (more height) of the device. And I gotta say I'm impressed with the design of the device and the size is no problem at all. I've been using a 7+ in which before I had the Note 7, S7 edge and 6S plus. So the S8+ fits nicely in hand and the 7+ is a beast compared to it. I was also concerned about the fingerprint scanner placement. But I find it to be no problem. On the 7+ I can reach near the top of the phone while holding in one hand with my index and with the narrower design of the S8+ I can get to the scanner pretty comfortably with both hands. More comfortable in the right hand but ok with both. And the color is great. The black looks the most sleek but I feel you can see the device's design better with the 2 tone design of the other colors. The Orchid grey is awesome. No regrets ordering the S8+ in that color.

I stopped by Best Buy last night to take a peek. I have no pics but holding my Note 5 next to the 8+, the 8+ was maybe an 8th of an inch taller and slightly slimmer then the Note 5. Will be pre-ordering the 8+ next weekend!

this is my drama too, but after seeing the S8+ in person at BB, i think i would always wish I had the + if I got just the regular S8

i took my V20 to BB last night and held them side by side, about the same physical size, but not as wide on the S8+ and a lot more screen

You're helping me swim away. The v20 is narrower than my note 3 so the s8+ sounds too narrow for me. That's the damn curved edges. Flatten them out it is wider.

The S8 Plus is about as wide as the S7 Edge.... just a tad wider I believe.
