    My local Sams said they should be getting their ATT S8+ phones within the hour and I can pick up my pre-order as soon as they take them off the truck....

    Just received a call from Sam's and set an appointment for later this afternoon to get an S8 which I preordered. The rep said all rebates and offers (waived activation fee) will be honored.

    They only got the silver ATT phones in today...no orchid gray...they should have them tomorrow....

    Picked mine up this early afternoon at scheduled appointment. No problems, relatively quick process. As mentioned above, all rebates, offers and waivers honored during the process. The waived activation/upgrade fee gets charged initially but will be credited to your account at some point in the next 3 billing cycles if I recall correctly.

    Pre-ordering started on March 30th. You waited over a week after it started...Sam's probably doesn't get the same amount of phones as Best Buy or the carrier stores (at least the bigger ones)....How did they make it seem you would get it on launch day if you ordered by the 12th?
    I don't no maybe it saying order by the 12th and get it on the 21st. Pretty **** simple

    I reserved an S8 and brought the confirmation email that said I could pick up the phone and was told I wasn't on their list. They don't know when they're getting more in... could be a week, could be 2 weeks, so I won't be eligible for the activation credit. I called customer service and they refused to honor my reservation so I'm cancelling my membership.

    Called up yesterday and they made apt to pick up my orchid grey s8+ for verizon today. I come in and they say they only received two in that color and two other preorder people scheduled to come pick them up on Saturday. I was pissed. They said the warehouse screwed things up blah blah and that they would still honor the gift card deal when it was back in stock and we'd also receive a $25 e-gift card through email. What a mess they are. People were showing up trying to pick up their phones and they werent there...
