    FINALLY got the email last night and ordered the $99. bundle. The email came a little over 24 hours after registering with the shop Samsung app. What a nightmare.
    It took a while here too. Not 24 but maybe 12-15 hours

    Shop Samsung app said successfully sent claim but didn't ask for any payment info and said it was reviewing. Is this normal?
    Once it is approved a link to pay will show on the app.

    Received my 'Registration Received" email at 12:34 am last night.

    Whats weird is i registered via the app on 4/19 at 10:34pm but the check status page shows they received 4/21/2017. Maybe there is just a extreme lag/mix up in their systems that are delaying registrations from reaching the right place quickly.

    Hopefully its approved soon so i can order my bundle!

    I registered on 4/19 around 7pm. Got the email this morning at 1AM. Purchased the bundle around 6:30 AM. I guess they are working the kinks out. So I believe everyone will be approved at one point. I really want the headphones. I have 2 SD cards and a Gear Vr that is brand new from Note 7. I buy soo many Samsung electronics, I always get all their promos...lol. I have extra sitting. I'm gonna prepare for x-mas with Samsung this year....lol. The headphones are $120 on Amazon with good reviews. That alone is worth the bundle.

    I did 2 phones on the same order. First one I just got the "Please wait 2 weeks for a review" email. The 2nd one I got the buy link on. No idea why the first one would require review.
    I got the "2 week review" email last night too. So of course when I checked my status it says "under review" with no option to buy the bundle on the web or in the app. My question now is, has anybody that received the "2 week review" email been approved yet?

    So, what do you suppose will suffice for the "receipt" if you bought your phone from Best Buy? I have several things that I was given for the pre-order, e-mails, and so on.... By all means, let me know what worked for you, if anyone has done it yet.

    The first time I used my computer to register for the promo and it said I wasn't eligiblr. I bought mine from Best Buy. So I tried it from the new phone using the Samsung app and voila it worked.

    Mine went smooth except for it took 30 hours to approve and get the link to buy.

    My friend got the approval mail, then no link, finally he checked his spam e-mail folder and the link to buy was there, seems some e-mail services will let you see the approval then treat the e-mail to purchase as SPAM

    He ordered registered by web, I did through app
    Both sprint.

    He attached his lease contract, i attached my shipping invoice that came in the box with the phone.

    Registered mine yesterday. Did not get an immediate response, but registered, ordered via Android Shop app, received confirmation order was in, just waiting for shipping info. Hoping shipping is fast (days and not weeks)...

    I got my phone and registered on the website on Tuesday. I did see the button to order the bundle, but it wasn't working. The 'registration is approved' e-mail came almost immediately. Since I've never gotten an e-mail to order the bundle, I'm pretty much assuming I have missed out due the website not functioning properly.

    Deal's dead now, people. Hope you were able to get in. I didn't, but after hearing some people not liking their AKG Bluetooth headphones, I'll settle getting a 256GB microSD card at a later time.

    I tried registering with the Shop Samsung app, but every time I chose the $99 bundle and submitted, it said "Oops, something went wrong with the fields" or something to that effect. I exit out the app, open it back up, now all that is available is the free gift. Sucks.

    Mine still says approved and gift sent. I'm just hoping their system is screwy. Getting the preorder stuff helped sway me to get the phone. Missing out on the better half of them will suck...

    How do you check your status on the app? I've only been able to check on the website. Anyway I checked on the website and it still says I'm currently under review so I guessed I missed it. Damn smh.

    Such BS ill NEVER ORDER FROM BEST BUY AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Since they would not let them early LIKE EVERYONE ELSE by the time i got home and went to select the 99$ package it is sold out FU Best buy

    Call 1-855-726-8721 follow the promps i just did it serms putting a po box in addy line was causing issues once it was removed by the rep on phone I got approved email and placed my order for the 99 bundle
