So just noticed that even though my registration is approved, below that there isn't a product or status listed. I opted for the $99 bundle as well. No email so far.

Was on hold for 2 hours and the lady said they could do nothing as the website is screwed up. Don't waste your time.
I believe Samsung is only giving them to the people that purchased direct from Samsung.
I'm Tmobile here, but for purchase date I believe you should put in date you preordered it on the website/in store. In my case I preordered on the 12th, processed on the 14th, shipped on 19th. 12th is the day I actually "bought" it. So i picked that

1. FREE Gear VR with Controller
2. Fully immersive VR experience for $99 (over $500 value)
So, are we all completely satisfied that "Fully immersive VR experience for $99" is indeed "the Bluetooth headphones and the 256GB MicroSD card?" I'm just a hair skeptical about that.
