I just got mine. Total time from registration to received was seven days; two of which were over a weekend.

From when I registered. I registered, got approval and purchased all within 24 hours. That was Thurs April 20. It was stuck in processing for 4 days then shipped on Tues and arrived today.

Got mine too. Applied the day I received my phone on the 19th, got approved sometime between late that night and the next morning. Morning of 20th paid for the bundle on shop Samsung app and voila, got it today.

Phone arrived 19th, Ordered the bundle via the app same day, had all sorts of problems like everyone else, eventually got the ability to order and pay for the $99 option the 21st, got tracking # on the 26th and arriving Friday. I did pay with paypal and that email address was different from the samsung account one. So have hope!

I don't understand what has happened to your order. What has reps told you happened and what do they say when they see how long it's been since you placed the order??

Can anyone getting just the free gear Vr w controller verify the package weight? I'm supposed to get two of them, but I've only gotten confirmation of 1 shipment and don't know if they are shipping together or not. It's supposed to be delivered tomorrow. At under 2lbs, sounds like it's just 1 of them.

I didn't get the purchase email until the 22nd after registering on the 19th, I'm waiting for tracking email now... It took so long for the purchase email I thought I missed out.

But why 6-8 Week?. Every time I call they say it's being shipped out, it's hard to believe them but at least they don't say I have to wait months. I'm going to worry when people stop receiving tracking info. Many ppl got tracking info last night so, let's see what happens today! fingers crossed!
