Trouble Activating

I have the S8+ on Verizon. Just arrived. Woohoo!!!

Can't get it to activate. On the "Welcome" screen, when I click "Next" a new screen comes up with the "Phone Activation" title with the little working whirly/swirly and then it fails.

Anyone else having this problem? What to do?

Reinsert the sim?

I had that issue, called the # on the screen and it was an automated system that sent activation signal to my S8+ and all was well.

I tried reinserting the sim card and also calling the phone number late last night but the agents wouldn't be back until morning. I couldn't get anywhere on the automated system so I used the online chat. It was very easy and helpful, I just had to provide the IMEID and ICCID from the box and the agent online was able to get my phone activated. :)
