Quick Charge my Ask...or maybe it's just me

I got home at 4:30pm my phone was at 38% it's now 10:22pm and it's at 99% charge. Really?
All of my installs were done by 6.

That's not right. I think you have a faulty fast charge adapter or faulty phone. My fast charge was done from 0-100 in an hour.
