With everything that Samsung gets right, its shocking the little things they get wrong.

I have a disclaimer at the end of my signature for work and it does not fit in the "allowable" space provided by Samsung, in their stock email signature section.

I guess I ahve to change the email APP now just to get more signature space?

If so, can someone recommend an app that has similar "swipe left and right" optionality to Samsungs stock app?

    Thanks!

Are you using Exchange or Office 365? If so, the best app is Nine. Nothing compares to it. Otherwise, Outlook works okay as an all-around solution. There is also Newton mail (subscription, expensive) and VMware Boxer (free, works well but may have some stability issues).

One point about Samsung default client. If I copy and paste my signature, I get the character limit exceeded error that you mention. If I type it in and then format it within the app it works fine. Did you try typing it out explicitly?

No problem. Let me know if my advice worked for you. Note that some of the apps I listed are not free (like Nine). I don't believe in free apps as they are typically of low quality.

Another vote for Aquamail. The paid version is well worth the price.

not a technical response.... but.... if your corporation requires this, then they should have it at the server level. this guarantees consistency and compliance.

if it isn't your company requiring it, then you most likely don't need the disclaimer. most disclaimers that are on all messages are not taken seriously at all in courts.
