    For the last hour I've been getting a "Can't Get MMS: No Mobile Data" error message despite my mobile data and wifi being turned on. Is this happening to anyone else?

    I sent a few without issue this morning. Try using the Samsung messaging app and see if you have the same problem.

    I'm having the same issue with Messages too. Restarting hasn't helped either.

    Check your settings therew MMS try setting it to legacy. Fixed mine
    Mine was also haywire for like a day then fixed it's self

    I too experience this issue constantly on group messages (which are sent as MMS). Also on Verizon using a Galaxy S8. When this issue occurs, I am also unable to receive or send group messages via Textra or the stock Samsung Messages app.

    I've tried reinstalling, rebooting, keeping mobile data on while on wifi (developer settings) and nothing has worked. I've reset my phone to factory yesterday and have been using the stock messages app since, without any issues.

    My plan is to use the stock messages app (although it is terrible) over the next couple days to see if the issue occurs. If it does not, I'm going to give Textra another shot and see what happens.

    Textra is supposed to be sending me an .apk to resolve it. I'll send it to you too if I can whenever I get it @jancy7

    @1naturalace have you had any issues with the latest Textra app (v3.36 or v3.37)?

    I've been working with Textra support, however, still experiencing these issues on those versions. One thing I did notice and called out to them is that when they asked for the debug logs, I also reviewed them and noticed that "MMS MCC/MNC: 311/480" for MCC it is using 311, however, upon Google searches, I see that Verizon uses MCC 310. In addition, it is using MNC 480, however, Verizon says to use 12.

    I'm not sure if this is a Textra issue or the way Verizon's APNs are configured on the Galaxy S8. Not sure if this is something Textra can override.

    Just started having issues with Textra/S8+ on Verizon tonight, as described in this thread, with v3.37. Restart didn't fix it. Switching to legacy didn't fix it either. Started happening during a group texts. Really annoying.
