You can't sell on swappa if you have an eip balance.

I could in fact but those site don't exist here (at least not that i know of) and i still want to keep my s8+ no matter what they come out with as i already spent about 500$ on it lol i'm not the kind to switch as soon as something cool comes out. If i have the money to cancel my contract and buy the note (not at launch obviously that's plain ridiculous imo) maybe but for now it's a no no for me.

If you guys read the articles on the prices you will notice it will not be $1100. You can't convert prices from other countries to the US price because the US price is generally lower. The Note 8 will come in around $925 before taxes based on the Europe/US prices for the S8 and S8+.

"The other big piece of news is the price. Blass is suggesting it will retail in Europe for*€999, which would translate to a US price in the $900-$1,000 range, depending on currency fluctuations at that point."

I was very anxious for Note 8 when I was on S7 Edge. But honestly, with S8 Plus being such an awesome phone, I'm not so inclined to upgrading. Seems too expensive to me. Most likely just stick with S8 Plus until a sweet discount comes in.

can't wait to get a Note again. I need to get back on my new phone every 6 month Note and S cycle again after the whole N7 disaster.

If only .1" bigger display, same ratio and no stereo speakers, I see no reason to buy it. Rarely used the pen with my Note 4 and Note 7. Two camera lenses is nice, but too much $ IMO jumping from the 8+ for not much of an upgrade.
