Thank you everyone. She weighs 8.9 lbs and was 1.5 weeks early. Wife was glad she was a little early. Didn't want to push out a 10 lbs baby. Lol. And can say I don't blame her.

There is nothing nice about running even if it is on a beach.

What the loss of breathe, the feeling you are about to have a heart attack, the pounding headache, the sore knees? Or knowing whatever you were running from is going to catch you and at least maul you?

That's exactly how I felt this morning after my run. I've only ran on a beach one time before and today's run was so exhilarating !!!

So sweaty and sore but all in a good way

What the loss of breathe, the feeling you are about to have a heart attack, the pounding headache, the sore knees? Or knowing whatever you were running from is going to catch you and at least maul you?

I ride now. Used to run. Two of the most memorable runs I ever did that, while hard as hell left me with the most awesome feeling: 2 hour run in a raging blizzard at one point dodge a snow plow by running into deep snow. Other was Pittsburgh marathon.
