Dialer color

Both my s8+ and my wife's s8 have the same rather ugly black and gray dialer color. Is there any way to change that?

Only way to change that is to either use a 3rd party dialer app, use a ROM that has a different dialer included (not for the 'everyday' user as it involves 'hacking' your phone and installing a whole new system that has been tampered with), or to apply a theme that has dialer color customization (some might even change the font and/or background of the dial pad and overall UI for the Phone app). This last option is your best bet to quickly change the dialer, but it comes with changing other elements in your phone, not just that app.
