Wifi Calling notification keeps coming back

This morning, my S8 keeps popping up a notification to turn on wifi calling even after swiping it away multiple times. I'm on ATT prepaid so wifi calling isn't an option. Also, I don't want it disable the phone app's notifications for obvious reasons. Anyone else seeing this?

Popped up yesterday and I enabled it. No other issues so far.

I think you have to go through the process of setting it up, then you can turn it off.

It did that to me after the latest system update I got yesterday. It kept bugging me to set it up. So I did, then promptly switched it "off" .

Nothing any more.

I can't turn it on with my service and then turn it off. I can only swipe it away.
