Samsung S8: Why only two notifications visible on such a big screen?

Okay! This has annoyed me all the way since I moved from iPhone to Android.

WHY o WHY on such a big nice screen does my samsung(android in general) group up the notifications AND only display 2 at once. Like I can see the two first notifications easily, but the rest are listed under MORE notifications.

I've tried several lockscreen apps too but they all have some new annoying bug like sometimes unable to unlock etc. Is there no way to get the vanilla samsung s8 lock screen to show more information AT A GLANCE?=) (PS I am NOT talking about the AOD screen)

Display -> scroll all the way down to status bar -> enable the first row.

Sorry for my unprecise instructions, my system language is Hebrew so I can't say exactly what's the name of the setting

settings-->display-->status bar-->show recent notifications only.

Turn that off.

Well that works for.. the status bar. But not the lockscreen. See my images to see what I mean

Strange. I have 5 notifications at lock screen.

Anyway, try to go to display ->

And apply. Does it work?

HEEEEEEEEY at first it didnt work, then I realised your screen is flipped and so are the sliders xD NOW I get room for 4 notifications atleast!! THANKS MAN! =)

The only thing I have under status bar is show the 3 newest notifications and show battery percentage. Where is this slider you speak of.

No such slider for me under display resolution just a choice of three resolutions. Possibly different because you have international version??

Hey sorry for the confusion, I meant that the slider is in the option under resolution settings (have no idea how it's called in English )
