Verizon Galaxy S8 S8+ Front Camera Image Distortion

Phone is ~3 months old and just today I started having issues with the image from front side of the camera. See sample image below. . The distortion seems to rotate with the screen as I turn the phone and is present in video as well. I don't have any issues with the back camera. My phone is up to date. I have verizon and couldn't get access to the hardware test menu.

Any suggestions? I don't recall having dropped my phone, but maybe I did and didn't really notice. I have a good case but no screen protector. There's not visible damages/cracks or anything. Any ideas of what could be happening?

Seems like a hardware issue to me. I
Would get a warranty replacement.
