Want to do a clean start.

Been having some software issues so I want to wipe my phone clean and start over. Only thing I need are my apps/settings/contacts. What is the best way to back these up and easily restore?

You can back them up to Samsung Cloud or on a computer using the smart switch app

Thank you. I'm first going to clear the system cache and Dee if that helps crashing apps.

If it's a software problem, re-populating the apps through smart switch risks reintroducing the problem on the phone. I'd do a clean install even though it's more time consuming to install the apps manually.
