    Hi,
    I am trying to backup my phone to Samsung Cloud, but every time it reaches anywhere between 70% and 98%, but then says it can't connect to network and backup failed.
    I have all bloatware enabled.
    Can anyone please offer any suggestions?

    Do you have large archive of messages? One person had a 22GB file from (Apple) iMessage that they wanted to retain.
    Also, does your backup exceed the amount of free space on Samsung Cloud? Can you delete any old backups, keeping current and an original though preferably).

    I have used 5.54GB of an available 15GB. Backup says it requires 1.48GB.
    Do not have large message files on my phone, but have just tried again and deselected my music files, and it worked okay.
    Obviously doesn't like my music for some reason.
