I think I bought a demo phone? HLP

[Android Central Question]

I just bought a galaxy s8 plus yesterday for $600

1. Camera is awful and I can't find the app in settings.

2.Cannot find erase data or reset bar in settings

3. I went into apps with usage access and there were apps like SecInstructions Engineer mode enabled which I turned off

Should I reset my phone using recovery mode or just keep the sketchy apps accessed ...
Also could I improve my camera in any way?

Welcome to Android Central! Did you buy it used, or from a retail store? When you first turned it on, did you get the Setup Wizard, or did it go straight to the homescreen?

Since the phone is new to you, it's worth doing a factory reset to see what happens.
