Samsung cloud

[Android Central Question]

My screen was smashed on samsung s8 photos in cloud says they are synced but i can only see a few not all photos and were random dates i thought what was between those dates would be synced too

Welcome to Android Central! I just want to be certain -- you're talking about Samsung Cloud, and not Google Photos, right?
