Battery usage information

This really isn't an issue, but more of a question. After upgrading my phone to an S8+ recently, I'm enjoying the 2 days of battery life, Yesterday I shut my phone off and then powered back on. I noticed the battery usage time frame reset itself as if it was recharged. Rather than showing 26h 2m it now showed 3m. has anyone else noticed this? Like I said earlier, this is more of a curiosity question than anything else. Thanks

Hmmm.. Mine didn't reset. I just tried it.
