Samsung S8 Bluetooth keeps stopping

[Android Central Question]

I have a samsung S8 and its running the latest update. It keeps popping up with a bluetooth keeps stopping notification. I have take many steps that I have found others have used such as wiping the partition chache, entering in and out of flight mode, resetting the handset. I cannot unpair any devices as it won't let me into the menus as they are unresponsive for bluetooth. Does anyone have any advice to sort this?
