Hello,

I am at my wits end today and I need some expertese.

I am new to Samsung phones, I have only had 1 in recent years, the s8 plus I have now, and for the life of me I cannot figure out something on the bloody camera.

I am not the worlds best photographer but I can follow instructions well.

I just use the standard camera, no hdr and no pro mode, in the main. however today when I went to take a photo of something, an inanimate pair of headphones, the colour of the headphones on the screen and then on the photo were significantly lighter than the actual colour of the headphones.

What am I doing wrong? I find this very frustrating. Like I said, I don't want to do anythin fancy with it I just want to point click and for the colours to be right.

Any help will be very much appreciated.

Kind regards,

Sarah.

If you copy the photo file to your computer (or upload it to cloud storage like Google Photos) and then look at it on your computer, does it still look that way?
