    I have a new Samsung S8+. The phone works great but I have a small white light (bleed) on lower left of screen. Verizon rep said digitization is messed up. Samsung rep suggested factory reset. Any suggestions before I do thaf?

    a factory reset is they only way to make sure it's a software issue that can be fixed. If that doesn't solve it exchange it if you can it is defective.
