    Hi all,

I have e Samsung Galaxy S8 and since a few days the network connection is lost on this device and I see an "disables" icon on the top of the screen. Wifi and Bluetooth works, it is only the cellular network that has issues.
Already checked with the operator and the SIM is fine, it works on an other phone. Also tried a different SIM card. I also tried to do a factory reset, no luck. Airplane mode on-off, all these things have been tested. ... . I didn't found a similar problem on the internet.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can test.

    Best regards,
    Sam Berckmans

Welcome to Android Central! If it also happens in Safe Mode, then the SIM reader itself is probably faulty. Contact Samsung for warranty repair. https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-34283

Try resetting network settings. It may erase your wifi passwords and saved wifi locations/passwords but give it a try.
