S8 home screen color is now red after software update

[Android Central Question]

After doing the software update March 23rd, the photo I use for my wallpaper turned red. After changing the wallpaper, the phone switched back to the original photo in red. I cannot get rid of the red picture. Has anyone else had this bizarre issue?

Yes, the blue light filter is on. The screen turns red on and off throughout the day. It's very frustrating! Maybe I just have a bum phone?

I would guess that the blue light filter causes the screen to look reddish. What if you turn off the filter?
