Stuck on Powered by Android screen.

My phone won't go past the "Samsung Galaxy S8 - Powered by Android" screen.

- Tried power and down key all that does is reset back to the same screen.
- Bixby and up key does nothing.

Is my phone dead or any of you guys have any other ideas? Thanks

Your said the Bixby button and the up key. Did that include the power button? It needs all three to be held down.

Yeah I've tried all 3 at the same time and still no joy

Have you tried Samsung Smart Switch? If it's downloaded in your computer and phone... Connect phone to computer after you open smart switch on computer. If it recognizes your phone you can click "more" in upper right and click emergency software recovery. All dependent on if it recognizes your phone.

If power, volume up and Bixby does not work you may want to post on xda-developers site where they are experts on recovering bricked devices.
