Samsung account and Oreo on my S8+

I just got Oreo yesterday and ever since then I have a notification that says "Tap here to use your Samsung account"

I can't get rid of it....

If I tap on it I am taken to the terms and conditions page where my options arfe.

I agree to all
turn on Customization Service

I agree to share information about my contacts with samsung for profile sharing

I dont want any of those so at the bottom of the page is decline or agree...

I tap on decline and this thing keeps coming back into my notifications over and over and over.... its like the movie groundhog day...

How can I get rid of this ?????

Maybe try "agree" ?

Are you signed into Samsung? If you are and don't need any Samsung services just delete Samsung account in your settings.

I think I unchecked the box and somehow canceled the notification.
