Not able to view my spouse Samsung account profile photo. Help?

Hi all. We both just got Samsung android phones. He is using S8 and I'm using J7+. Previously we are able to view each other profile photo (Samsung account profile photo) in contacts and WhatsApp but today he is only able to see mine but I can't see his. We had checked each other settings. Both of our profile sharing is ON. But why is he still not able to view mine. I can't view my daughter's Samsung android profile photo too. She also has a Samsung account. Can any kind soul please help me with this issue? Thank you guys...
