I received a Ep-PG940 Samsung fast charger yesterday.

Having problems, seems I have to reboot phone to get blue light showing its charging, I get the notice it's fast charging and how long till full charged.
When I put phone on, it was at 80%, saying 42 Mims to charge. But after about 1 1/2 hours, charging light went off, phone showed 72%.

I read most reviews on Amazon for it, most were happy and said theirs fast charged.

Anyone had experience with this charging pad. Anyone else had this problem? Is this just a defective charger?
