my mas samsung s8+ phone wont let her on her emails

she went on the email app and it asked her to change her password an she did on the computer the password she used let her log in but when we go on the app on her phone and type in the password it just kicks her out to the beginning an says wrong email or password was being used

Make sure you are trying to get into the same Google account on the phone as the pc.
