Hi, I have an S8+ with a full glue tempered glass. It started to crack everywhere so i decided to remove it. All the tutorials suggested to just apply heat with an hair dryer and then pull up the screen. The problem is that the heat doesn't seem to do anything to the glue and now I'm with this mess:

what can I do? Help!

Thanks

First, a hair dryer may not produce enough heat. Second, it could take 5 minutes of applying heat evenly, all over the protector, with a heat gun, before the glue softens enough to release the entire protector. (And a few degrees more can damage the screen, which is why it's advisable to pay a repair shop to do it - or you'll be paying them to replace the screen, which is a lot more expensive.)
