S8 phone call cuts off my camera video recording EVERY TIME

When I am videoing, and a phone call comes in, I get the message "recording will be stopped and saved after you answer the call." But my video stops, EVERY TIME, even if I dismiss, ignore or the caller hangs UP. This started after I unlocked my phone and moved over to T-mobile. But this is absolutely infuriating. I have changed my phone notification priority settings and looked through every setting I can find. PLEASE NOTE: AIRPLANE AND DND ARE ABSOLUTELY NOT OPTIONS. My phone did not used to and should not be doing this.
