    Seriously, why does it do that?

    I've reset the keyboard data. I've tried SwiftKey. I've tried asking Samsung and wweee couldn't figureee ittt outtt. I've had the phone for a year and I've updated it consistently.

    I could fix thoseee errors by backspacing but you can see what I deal with this way!!

    Welcome to Android Central! Do you have a screen protector on? If so, see if the problem persists after taking it off.

    Hiya. No, it did at one point and there was no change. It started before I had a protector, still did it while I had one on, and still does now that it's off.

    It was (I guess a post of mine is pending? WHere I said it did?) But I just tried it again and it's not doing it now. I don't know if it's a fluke though because it doesn't always do this.

    Do you notice other problems with touchscreen over-sensitivity? Like when you tap something, does it ever think you're tapping multiple times?

    Not that I know of but it's not impossible.

    It probably won't help, but try wiping the cache partition: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-34311. If that doesn't help, consider a factory reset, or reinstalling the firmware using Smart Switch (http://www.sammobile.com/forum/showthread.php?t=29914) or Odin (in case the current firmware is corrupt): http://forums.androidcentral.com/amb...interface.html

    If none of that works, I'd think that it's more likely a hardware issue with the touchscreen digitizer.

    Mine does that if I don't restart it every once in a while (maybe once a month) which puts it back to normal.
