Skyline Notification over and over and over while on Phone Call

I have a Galaxy S9+ with Oreo, then Pie and recently upgraded to Mar 1 SPL. When on a call, it plays the Skyline tone (which now triggers violence in me) over and over and over. Skyline is NOT even my notification, for ANYTHING. Every calendar invite, new email, Slack notification...EVERYTHING. Doo doo da doo doo di. I have spent hours on the phone with Samsung. They made me clear the cache (by going to the Linux command line). Didn't work. I deleted all apps associated with sounds, notification and ring tones. Still happens. On every call. Every time. In Phone --> Settings --> Call alerts and rigntones, "Notify during calls" is OFF. I would pay anyone who could fix this...

Steve, have you had any luck with this one? I can't use my phone as a phone anymore.
