Galaxy s8+ constantly getting whitescreens

While I'm using my phone it constantly open like a "new tab" animation even though I'm not in the browser. While on YouTube it stops the video due to the fact a black or white screens appearance for a second and then it goes back to normal.

First, back up all your personal data, in case of impending failure.

Try a Cache Partition wipe. If no go, try Safe Mode. If no go, remove your SD card. If still no go, tell us.

Welcome to Android Central! It's possible that something is trying to serve a browser popup ad. If the problem goes away in Safe Mode, then you could try uninstalling apps one by one until the problem goes away -- start with your most recently installed or updated apps.
