AT&T Galaxy S8 strange popups all of a sudden

All of a sudden I started getting popups telling me to drink water, my phone is hot, etc. They are green or blue and cover a third of the scree. Attached is a sample of one. Does anyone have a clue as to how to stop them?

Probably. If that's from a stock app the three dots could give some clues.

And another idea. Next time you get that popup take a screenshot, don't edit it in any way and post it here. In most Samsung phones the name of the screenshot file includes the active app.

I get the same pop-ups are so annoying you can't even hang up or answer a phone call when they take over your screen.

Welcome to the forums. Do you have an app called Volume Master, or something similar, installed in your phone?
