My Galaxy S9+ display doesn't just look right!?

Yesterday the display on my s9 plus began to look different the dark areas of the screen don't look as dark the entire screen looks like it's contrast has been turned up.

Restart the phone, or clear the cache partition and reboot the phone. The screenshot doesn't look bad.
