Probably the best Samsung Galaxy S9 Tempered glass screen protector I have used so far is the 3D Curved Dome Glass. I have also used it on my S8 and it was pretty good compared to regular cheaper screen protectors. This is the one I use

What Tempered glass screen protectors do you use for your Samsung Galaxy S9 or S9 Plus?

Seems like the glass will be curved again.. therefore a glass screen protector is not going to happen.. even if they did it probably won't last long and or affect the screen sensitivity...

I too am looking for a good-tempered screen protector. Are there any back protectors as well?

Had the whitestone dome protector for the s8+ since that was about the only one that worked. I'm going to go for that again or the Zagg glass curved elite. Apparently Zagg has changed the adhesive so it's stronger and covered entirely now.

Go with Whitestone Dome. It is amazing product. I have it on my S8 Plus.

I got the Zagg Elite. I read good reviews on it for the Note 8. Seems they finally figured out how to do it. Here's to hoping. Ordered one before they sold out.

I have never had a tempered glass protector but always used Zagg on my other Galaxy phones. Coming from the S6 Edge to a new 9+, should I go with tempered glass versus the HD "film" type Zagg?

In other words, what are the pros and cons? Also how do the tempered glass protectors apply? Always had VZW or the Geek Squad install my other screen protectors...

I always prefer glass. It feels much better. The problem has been though with the glass on the curved screens. Reviews says the new zagg for the note 8 finally fixed this. We will see.

Everything I've read about the tempered glass mentions Newton rings and how dirt can get under the screen. I'm a very careful person with my phone and not prone to drops but I still want to protect the phone. I'm afraid of dirt under the screen and possible glare factor with glass. Opinons?

Never had that issue with glass screen protectors. Maybe the ones made for the s8 and note 8 previously. They only uses adhesive on the edges so nothing in the middle. But the new one supposedly solved that. All the other phones I have had them for never had that issue.

I just ordered my phone and think I will go into Best Buy or a VZW store afterwards and purchase the Zagg tempered glass and have them install. I hope they have figured out how to stop stuff from getting under the screen because that will be my biggest issue...

I bought the amFilm Tempered Glass Protector. It came with a applicator guide that made it foolproof to align! Went on very easily and no bubbles! The sides adhere to the curve of the glass. Lifetime warranty too. I am very happy with it. It is available on Amazon for $11.99. Available for S9 and S9+.

Yes, but it will be the last you put on especially for our curve screen. Most tempered glass only seal on the side of the glass. The liquid Whitestone Dome is entire glass and it can be submerge under the water, and the glass feel like the original. You have to try it. I was skeptical but now I have it on all of my devices. The others, you'll end up buying another and another, next thing you'll discovered you spent well over $50.

Ok guys, during the s8 generation, two companies have successfully created a full adhesive tempered glass for the curved screens.

    https://forums.androidcentral.com/e?...token=6mDJ12F2

I believe the other is ZAGG, bodyguardz doesn't have the s9 versions up yet, but they did create ones for the s8 models, so we might just have to wait a couple weeks before the s9 versions go live.

Wait a few weeks, when the curve adhesive lift and dust and everything get underneath the glass. Most side adhesive tempered glass don't last.

Most Zagg tempered glass are not case friendly. And you will get dirt and dust underneath them due to weak adhesive on the edges. Slight bending to the phone will break the adhesive. Especially true if you pocket your phone.
