Ok, I absolutely can't stand Google Play. It will never play my stored music by voice command, but that's a different story. I uninstalled Play and installed Samsung Music. How can I set this as default? There doesn't seem to be a way to do it so now when I ask to play a song I get told that I need to install Google Play Music.
i've tried to get it to be the default also (even though i use both apps) and had no luck, but if you say play my playlist in samsung music, it will work
Settings/Apps/Google Play. Clear defaults.
Find a song file (in a file manager) and tap it. When asked, choose Samsung Music and tap Always.
(Or install Default App Manager to do the same thing, but be led by the hand.)
